Public inquiry channel / Effective 14 September 2026
Privacy Notice
This notice explains how the Public ARCHon Lobby handles the information you choose to submit through its build-inquiry form.
Who is responsible
Archie De Jesus, operator of ARCHon, is responsible for this inquiry channel. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, marketing-consent withdrawal, or deletion requests, email archiedejesus11@gmail.com.
What is collected
The form collects your name, optional organization, email address, contact number, project need, preferred timeline, challenge description, desired outcome, and the consent choices you make. It also records the submission time, a random duplicate-prevention identifier, and the version of the notice presented to you. It does not use advertising trackers, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Why it is used
Your required inquiry permission allows the information to be used to assess your request, contact you about that request, and preserve a reliable inquiry record. Email promotions and phone or SMS promotions are separate optional purposes and remain off unless you actively select the corresponding choice.
Where it goes
Access is limited to Archie De Jesus and service providers needed to host ARCHon and deliver the inquiry notification. In production, the record is held in ARCHon’s private owner storage on its hosting infrastructure and the notification is delivered to the approved Gmail recipient. These providers process information only as needed to provide their hosting or email services.
Retention and security
Inquiry and consent records are kept for no more than 12 months, then removed from the inquiry store. Information needed for a resulting client relationship may be retained separately under the applicable client or legal recordkeeping purpose. ARCHon uses HTTPS, same-origin submission controls, bounded validation, private owner storage, duplicate protection, and access controls; no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction of your information, object to or restrict processing where applicable, withdraw optional marketing consent at any time, and request deletion or blocking where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed before the request. You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
Changes to this notice
If the processing purpose or material handling changes, this notice and its version will be updated before the revised collection flow is used.
